The staff were friendly when checking in. The room was nice and clean. The only downside was the dead roach on the floor next to the work desk... and then the toilet wouldn't flush it down so I had to reach into the toilet and throw it in the trashcan. Other than that it was great!
Prior to my arrival I received several phone communications about an issue beyond their control that would affect my stay - cold showers! While yes a minor inconvenience, traveling with my pet and finding pet friendly accommodations is difficult at times so I kept my reservation. Management and front desk staff here are amazing and made a little cold shower no reason not to stay. I’m so glad I came anyway. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel you cared when something like this is out of your control. Hoping all guests are as wonderful to you as you have been to my pup and I.
Best place is Alexandria! You wont get the comfort like the hotel provides! Traveling here alot, ive stayed at them all From the Bentley to here! And this is my choice from here on out! We got the King suite and it was fabulous! Bed is super comfortable and rokm exceptionally clean! Front desk and staff was incredibly accommodating in anything we ask! Breakfast was great!
I had a wonderful experience at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Alexandria. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with an extra comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options to start the day right. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to the airport and major highways, making it easy to get around. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
Everything is almost good except the shower head and the tv . Tv is too small and old. Water pressure is slow the shower head is sucks. I give two thumbs up the staff they’re all nice .

Food was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not hot. I was there 2 days. They said the thermostat was broke. The rooms were clean. The beds were a little hard to my liking. Location was right off the interstate which was nice. Overall it was great.
Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and coffee was hot. Quinn , at front desk, helped me with my questions about rooms before we arrived and was helpful during our stay. I loved the ground floor suite that was assigned to us and our fur baby. Very convenient to the outside and private.
